Return and exchange
General provisions

Return and exchange of goods shall be carried out in accordance with Government Resolution No. 697 of the Retail Regulations approved at paragraph 25. and Articles 6.22810 and 6.22811 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania

The Customer may, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Goods, withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason and without incurring any costs (except for the cost of returning the Goods to the Seller unless otherwise agreed).
The Customer must send or deliver the Goods to the Contractor or another person authorized by him without delay, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of submission of the notice of withdrawal to the Contractor.
Upon return of the Goods, the Contractor shall, within 14 (fourteen) days following the cancellation of the Contract, reimburse the Customer for any sums it has paid, or the defective Goods may be replaced by suitable (covering the price difference).
The Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the Goods, unless the Contractor bears such costs under the Contract.
Only unused and undamaged Goods may be returned in the original undamaged packaging. When returning the Goods it is necessary to present the purchase document (when purchasing the received invoice).

Return of quality goods

If you wish to return your purchased goods, you can do so within 14 days of the date of delivery to you. Please note that:

Only unused and undamaged goods may be returned in their original undamaged packaging and with the original undamaged markings. Opening the original packaging which was necessary to inspect the item shall not be considered as damage to the item.
Returned goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase (purchase invoice) and a completed "Request for replacement or return" form
Returning a quality item will, at your option, either refund the full amount paid for the item or replace the wrong item with another (covering the price difference, if any).
The cost of shipping quality return or replacement goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
If we have delivered the wrong item to you, we will pay the cost of returning it and shipping the new item.

Return of used goods

Please note: Used and defective car parts are non-returnable.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the full amount paid for the item or replace the item with a defective one. We will cover the cost of returning the item and shipping the new item.

The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:

• Returned goods must be in neat packaging to prevent damage during transportation.

• The item must be in the same order and condition (undamaged by the buyer) as received by the buyer.

• The commencement of the money back guarantee is the date of receipt of the item.

• The returned item must be delivered directly to the seller. You can do it yourself or by courier.
